Not bad.

The joke is overused though. "Tell my wife and children i love them...etc." also "why why would you do this to me." I've seen many parodies like this. It was however somehow different and stood out. I really liked the animation style, and your humor isn't bad. Keep at it and you'll be really popular on newgrounds someday. Goodluck!

However, after I made this animation I realized that some popular internet comic artist had made a 1 pg comic similiar to this. I was shocked.

Really Cool, but needs more.

I think it would be cool if youa dded a twist at the end of the video. For example, if the ice cream man wasn't poisoning the children, but poisoning the rats in his truck. I really think that would have made a larger impact. As for the voice acting and animation, it was extremely brilliant, and well done. Good job.
